Hi Suki/Aadya,
I need advice on, well, like how to not be like leave some of my homework for like last-minute and not stress out too much! -✶°✧✰MYSTIC_STAR✰✧°✶
Hey there, ✶°✧✰MYSTIC_STAR✰✧°✶!
Finally! I can answer a letter now. I got the time to write this up quickly.
I know, right! Homework can be really hard to complete, with SO many distractions everywhere.
First, clear all distractions. Lock your room if you have to. If you’re virtual, you should refrain from going to other sites before finishing all your work. Try to only think about studies first, then worry about other things. If it helps, take small breaks every hour or so. That can help you focus. You don’t want to put too much load on your mind.
Try to make learning fun! You can do lots of things. For example, if you have to read your math textbook, you can grab highlighters and highlight all the important details! Pro tip: using rainbow highlighters can make your page beautiful and your memory more vivid, because colors can help you remember that fact. To make rainbow highlighters, you’ll need every color of the rainbow. First, grab your purple highlighter, and color a small amount of the tip with the blue highlighter. Then, use the green highlighter to color a small amount of the purple tip. Do this with all the colors (in reverse order! So after this, you will do yellow, orange and then red. And don’t forget to leave some space for the purple, too!).
Of course, you should reward yourself for studying. You will get one reward: good grades! But other than that, you can have a snack, watch TV, or do something you enjoy. Another trick is to take FUN notes. Write down all the stuff, and then draw a picture to go with each fact. It’s so fun, and I love reading over the notes. Just make sure you spend more time thinking than drawing.
Keep a snack around. Studying makes me hungry. Some examples are fruits, nuts, chocolate, popcorn, or a few slices of cheese. Whenever you need to, just grab a bite! Make sure to only eat the amount you have taken, because constantly getting up and grabbing food can be a distraction.
Try playing some calm music in the background. That can help you relax and not stress out too much. Make sure it’s not something that will make you sing along because that can be a distraction. You can sing in your head, but try to spend more time focusing on your homework. Alright, that’s all the advice I have for you! I hope this helped!

Thanks so much Aadya!
