Peanut Butter Fudge cookies are very tasty to make, and they are easy, too! This recipe takes about 10 minutes to make, but an hour to cool. Anyways, let’s get started!
INGREDIENTS:
¼ cup peanut butter
½ cup sugar
1/8 cup milk
1 cup plain oatmeal (no flavor in it)
½ tablespoon cocoa powder
¼ stick butter
DIRECTIONS:
First, start by mixing the sugar, butter, and milk. Next, you put this mixture on the stove and boil it for EXACTLY one minute. Now, stop the boiling and add the dry oatmeal, peanut butter and cocoa. Stir this well. Now, drop small amounts of this mixture onto a piece of aluminum foil (foil should be about 1-foot long). Set the foil onto a plate and put in freezer. After one hour, your delicious cookies should be ready!
THINGS TO REMEMBER:
Make sure you only boil it for just one minute!
Stir well, until it becomes dark brown with chunks of oatmeal.
Feel free to eat any leftover mixture; it is safe!
If you need to, go ahead and cool it a little longer. But it should be done in about an hour.
And enjoy!!!
